MARSTA Goals® isn’t just another goal-setting method - it’s a structured yet flexible roadmap that helps individuals and teams achieve meaningful, lasting success. Unlike traditional goal-setting approaches that focus only on outcomes, MARSTA® guides the entire journey with the individuals at its heart - from identifying priorities to overcoming obstacles and ensuring accountability.

We've evolved beyond simplistic goals models - MARSTA Goals® is an agile framework designed to help organisations set and achieve objectives more effectively. MARSTA® focuses on three crucial phases: Set, Achieve, Repeat. This holistic approach takes account of the business landscape, the desired outcomes and stakeholder strengths!

Our Animal Productivity quiz is a fun yet insightful 3 minute quiz that enables coaches, consultants and facilitators to gain insight into HOW their 121 clients and teams get things done and gives them a neutral language to talk about productivity and outcomes!
