How It Works & Terms
Attribution & Payouts
- Attribution: Tracked via referral link or unique discount code recorded at sale (within 30 days). Log phone deals with us before quoting.
- Payment Schedule: Monthly in arrears within 30 days of month end.
- Release Rules: Paid upon cleared payment for annual/one-off sales; paid after 2nd payment for monthly subscriptions.
- Reversals: Deducted from next statement if client payment is charged back. Annuals are non-refundable.
What You Don't Take On
- No Billing or Support: Digital Womble directly invoices and supports clients.
- No Credit Risk: Zero exposure if a client fails to pay.
- No Minimums: No sales targets or exclusivity obligations.
General Terms
- Term: 30 days’ written notice to end arrangement.
- Non-Solicitation: 12 months post-termination.
- Client Ownership: Clients belong to Digital Womble Ltd (B2B only). Governed by Master Terms.
